Langtang Treks
This is a fairly popular trek because it is close to Kathmandu. It can be done in a week, and since it is below 3500m it can be done in the winter. The highest altitude is at 3490m. The trek makes a circle through the Sherpa Helambu that is northeast of Kathmandu.
Days Description
Day 01 : Drive to Dunche (1970m)
Day 02 : Trek to Thulo Shyabru (2324m).
Day 03 : Trek to Goratabela (3030m).
Day 04 : Trek to Langtang Village (3433m).
Day 05 : Trek to Kyangjin Gompa (3848m).
Day 06 : Kyangjin Gompa, visit Tsergo Ri (4984m)
Day 07 : Trek to Goratabela.
Day 08 : Trek to Thulo Shyabru.
Day 09 : Trek to Dunche.
Day 10 : Drive back to Kathmandu
